  1. TYPE 7 - RESERVED, CREATIVE, CARING, & CASUAL

  3. Type 7 individuals are reserved and tend to work best in indoor
  4. work settings not requiring face-to-face interaction with large
  5. numbers of people.  They can work for extended periods of time on
  6. projects and maintain good concentration.  Numerous interruptions
  7. can be annoying because it breaks their concentration and attention
  8. to detail.  They do not make hasty decisions and find satisfaction
  9. in understanding the idea and purpose behind the job they are
  10. doing.  They may find it difficult to remember names and faces, but
  11. have a good memory for detail and facts.  They sometimes find it
  12. easier to express themselves in writing rather than verbalizing
  13. their feelings.  They are very dependable and have sound judgment.

  15. On the job, the type 7 individual are the creative problem solvers.
  16. They enjoy new challenges and learning new skills but dislike
  17. performing the same routine tasks repeatedly.  They work best
  18. during bursts of inspiration and have the ability to come to a
  19. conclusion quickly.  They are very patient with complicated
  20. situations but sometimes makes errors regarding specific facts.
  21. They have a tendency to follow their inspirations and intuition,
  22. good or bad.  They have little desire to impress others and often
  23. underestimate their abilities.

  25. When working with fellow employees, they are concerned about other 
  26. people's feelings and enjoy pleasing them.  They like working in 
  27. harmonious surroundings and their efficiency may suffer when   
  28. conflicts arise.  Their decisions are often influenced by other 
  29. people's personal likes and dislikes.  They tend to be sympathetic   
  30. and dislike giving people unpleasant news.  They enjoy work most     
  31. and work hardest when they have a purpose, when they believe in     
  32. what they are doing.  They function best with occasional praise.

  34. Type 7 individual are very adaptable individuals who deal well with
  35. change and alterations to projects.  They are at ease in most
  36. situations and are not easily frustrated when time pressures are a
  37. factor.  They may become involved in several projects and find it
  38. difficult to complete them in a timely manner.  They may complete
  39. the most interesting assignments first and postpone the more
  40. undesirable duties until last.
